Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information may be handled through the XLPilot marketing website and private-beta process.
Information collected
The website does not directly transmit or store private-beta form data. The request form prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application. If you choose to send that email, it may include your name, work email, company, and workflow description.
How information is used
Information received by email may be used to respond to private-beta requests, evaluate product fit, prioritize practical workflows, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.
Analytics and cookies
No non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are intentionally configured on this site. Device-local storage is used to retain the visitor’s light, dark, or system theme preference.
Data retention
Private-beta correspondence should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate participation, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal requirements. A final retention schedule has not yet been confirmed.
Third-party processors
Hosting, email, infrastructure, or future CRM services may process information on VEROXA’s behalf. The final processor list depends on production configuration and must be confirmed before commercial launch.
Security limitations
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are intended, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send confidential workbook contents, passwords, API keys, payment data, or other sensitive source data by email.
Your choices
You may choose not to contact VEROXA. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information previously sent, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product, website, and integrations evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
Contact
Privacy questions may be sent to contact@xlpilot.app. A formal legal entity name, mailing address, and jurisdiction-specific contact details require final confirmation before commercial launch.
